CHEBLA produces premium Tunisian olive oil in Sidi Bouzid: Chemlali and Chetoui varieties, cold extraction, full traceability, B2B export worldwide.
CHEBLA produces three ranges of Tunisian olive oil from its own groves and mill at Sidi Ali Ben Aoun, in Sidi Bouzid. They differ by category and by free acidity ceiling, which is what determines where each one belongs on a shelf or in a formulation.
| Range | Category | Free acidity | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Organic Premium | Extra virgin, CCPB organic certified | ≤ 0.2% | Premium retail, organic distribution |
| Extra Virgin | Extra virgin olive oil | ≤ 0.3% | Retail, food service, private label |
| Virgin | Virgin olive oil, IOC compliant | > 0.8% and < 2% | Everyday culinary use |
All three are produced by mechanical cold extraction below 27 °C, without refining, from Chemlali and Chetoui olives — as single varietals or blended to a target profile. The company behind them is described on Tunisian olive oil producer.
Our core range: cold-extracted, unrefined, free acidity ≤ 0.3%, total polyphenols 250–600 mg/kg, shelf life 24 months. A balanced fruity profile, slightly peppery, with herbaceous notes and green almond.
It is the range most often used for retail bottling and private label, because it carries the extra virgin classification while staying approachable on the palate.

Organic Premium is our most demanding selection: certified Bio-Oil by CCPB srl (Italy), limited production, free acidity held to ≤ 0.2%. The organic chain is kept physically separate from conventional production, from the first crate to the storage tank.
Volumes are limited by the certified harvest and allocated per season, so enquiries are best made ahead of the campaign.
Quality is verified in our own laboratory before anything leaves the mill, in compliance with International Olive Council standards: free acidity, peroxide value, UV absorption and sensory assessment. The certificate of analysis is issued for the lot being shipped.
Published figures are ceilings we commit to; the certificate gives the actual value for your lot. Parameters by range are on olive oil quality and international standards, the documents on certifications, and the international recognition on Tunisian olive oil awards.
The same oils are supplied packed or in bulk, depending on whether you sell a finished product or bottle it yourself.
