Develop your private label olive oil project with CHEBLA, from product selection and packaging to quality and export support.
Private label means the oil in the bottle is ours and the brand on the bottle is yours. You define the positioning, the packaging and the market; we produce to the agreed specification and document what leaves the mill.
A project runs in four steps, and none of them is skipped:
The same route is described from the buyer's side in our private label guide for international buyers.
The part that decides whether your launch works is the oil itself, so that is where the conversation starts. You choose the range your market will carry:
Chemlali gives a gentle, harmonious profile with notes of almond and artichoke; Chetoui is robust and peppery, rich in polyphenols. Both are available as single varietals or blended to a target profile, which is how a brand keeps the same taste from one season to the next.
Samples are sent and quality is validated before any production launch — never after.
CHEBLA offers elegant and market-adapted solutions with glass bottles, metal tins and PET containers, available in various formats to meet the needs of retail, food service and private label markets.

Thanks to this wide variety of packaging solutions, we support our partners with customized options that combine quality, practicality and excellence. Cartons, pallet configuration and custom formats are covered on olive oil packaging solutions.
Labeling is where a private label project usually stalls, because the rules belong to the destination market and not to the producer. We supply the data; you or your regulatory adviser confirm the wording for your market.
For the label itself we supply the underlying data: product description and category, net content and dimensions, packaging and storage conditions, applicable standards and certifications, plus the average nutritional values needed for the declaration. It comes as a technical sheet in PDF, updated at each season.
Artwork approval is part of the project: nothing is printed before you have signed off the proof. Final responsibility for market-specific label compliance stays with the brand owner.
A brand that carries your name on the label needs to be able to prove what is inside it. Every lot produced for a private label project is analysed in our own laboratory before release: free acidity, peroxide value, UV absorption and a sensory assessment.
The lot number printed on your bottles ties back to the olive reception, the pressing slot and the storage tank, so a batch can be traced rather than vouched for. Where the organic range is used, the CCPB certificate and its scope travel with the offer — and any certification we do not hold, such as ISO 22000, is presented as available on request rather than acquired.
Parameters by range are on olive oil quality, the record chain on olive oil traceability, and the analyses themselves on olive oil laboratory analysis.
We define transparent commercial terms from the outset, so that a first project can be costed honestly rather than optimistically.
Realistic production and shipping lead times based on our capacities. Custom labels and custom formats add their own lead time, quoted with the offer.
Private label minimum quantities depend on the format and on whether the label is standard or custom. Send us the format and the volume and we will confirm them in writing.
We support importers and brand owners in building competitive product ranges that are well documented and aligned with local market requirements, from the initial quotation request through to delivery and the development of your product portfolio.
Shipping is worldwide, under the Incoterm you choose — FCA, FOB, CIF or DDP — with a clear definition of included costs and responsibilities for each party. Export documentation, including the Tunisian certificate of origin and the laboratory analysis, is prepared for every shipment.
See olive oil export for documentation and Incoterms, and olive oil supplier for the full range.
Send us your format, your volume and your market. We reply with samples, specifications and a documented offer.
